Individual Contributor Licence Agreement
Zest asks every contributor to accept an Individual Contributor Licence Agreement before their pull requests can be merged. You accept it once, and it covers your future contributions too. A pull request's check passes once every contributor to it has accepted.
Signing in uses your Codeberg account, so that your acceptance is tied to the same account that opens your pull requests. The agreement lists exactly what is recorded.
NOTE: Codeberg will ask you to authorise this service. Its page warns that an authorised application can access and write to all your account information. Codeberg shows this loud warning for every application, whatever it asks for. The line beneath it lists what this service asks for:

This allows reading your Codeberg account information, such as your profile and email addresses, and nothing else. It gives no access to your repositories, and cannot change anything.
As you sign in, Codeberg sends this service your account's numeric ID and username, and with them your display name, primary email address, avatar and the organisations and teams you belong to. The service keeps only the ID and username, and discards the rest, along with Codeberg's access token, straight away. You can also revoke its access at any time in your Codeberg application settings. Doing so does not withdraw your acceptance of this contributor agreement.
